A Classic Rectangular Cake Pan

Making your own cakes for holidays, birthdays, and “just because” is pretty simple, especially when you have the right equipment. And while cakes in the grocery tore can taste good, nothing really compares to the taste of a good homemade cake. Since I’m a chocolate fiend, one of my favorite recipes is a rich and delicious double chocolate layer cake with fudge swirl icing. For smaller cakes I use one of my round cake pans, but when I need to make a big family birthday cake I use two of my Kaiser Rectangular Cake Pans for an extra big cake.
I only buy quality pans now since I know all too well how a flimsy pan can ruin a perfectly good cake and leave you with nothing but cake crumbles. My Kaiser nonstick steel cake pans are really top-notch. They’re made of commercial-weight steel and have a unique two layer nonstick interior coating that allows the cakes to easily release from the pan, giving me perfect results every time. Plus they’re a breeze to clean up and still look almost as new as the day I bought them, though I’ve used them countless times. For anyone who bakes, it’s worth investing in good pans if you want to get good results.
