Everyone wants to lose weight these days, and most people want to lose it all in one area in particular: the stomach! The stomach is perhaps one of the hardest regions on the body to get into shape. First, you have to eat right. It doesn’t matter how hard you workout, if you don’t eat right it won’t matter. Don’t eat any rice, potatoes, bread, or pasta.
