Making your own cakes for holidays, birthdays, and “just because” is pretty simple, especially when you have the right equipment. And while cakes in the grocery tore can taste good, nothing really compares to the taste of a good homemade cake. Since I’m a chocolate fiend, one of my favorite recipes is a rich and delicious double chocolate layer cake with fudge swirl icing.
